Hamburger Golf Club Falkenstein (GER) has won the 2024 European Ladies' Club Trophy.
The German club started the final of three rounds of stroke play just one shot behind reigning champions, RCF La Boulie (FRA).
A strong closing day performance at Welten Golf Club in Slovakia, with rounds of 70 (-2), 71 (-1) and 71 (-1), saw Susanna Brenske, Hannah-Leonie Karg and Maika Schlender come from behind to earn the 2024 European club title.
Counting the two best scores each day, the champions finished with a total score of +3 to earn the club's second vcitory in the competition.
RCF La Boulie, who were aiming to make it three-in-a-row this year, had to settle for second place and the silver medals on +5.
Czech club, Brno, finished third on +7 to complete the podium, partly thanks to Karolína Stará's 67 (-5) to close the week. She would tie with Susanna Brenske and Giselle Zhao, from the 2nd and 3rd placed teams respectively, for individual honours on -1.
