History

The European Mid-Amateur Ladies’ Championship, inaugurated in 2019, is a 54-hole stroke play event for female amateur golfers aged 25 and over. Organised by the EGA, it is played alongside the European Mid-Amateur Men’s Championship each June at various venues across Europe. 

Winners are invited to compete in the European Ladies’ Amateur and US Mid-Amateur Ladies’ Championships. Medals are awarded to the top-three finishers, with an additional prize available for the leading player aged 40 and over.
