In May 1990, the Real Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club started its journey with 27 holes, and today it has become one of the best golf courses in Europe. December of that year saw the official inauguration of the Clubhouse in the presence of HRH the Count of Barcelona, representatives of public authorities, founder members, and its designer, Severiano Ballesteros.

Positioned as one of the most prestigious golf courses on the international circuit, since 12th May 2016 Real Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club has held the title of Real or "Royal". A title that reflects the importance of this historic course that is renowned both in Spain and abroad, as well as the superb standard of its facilities and services.
