Another day of perfect golfing conditions in Slovakia meant another impressive day of scoring at the European Young Masters.
England sit at the top of the team leaderboard at Penati Golf Resort, and leading the charge for her nation is Annabel Peaford. Tied for the lead overnight, she shot a seven-under-par 65, to take the outright lead by four shots. She’s made just three bogeys in the tournament so far.
The Netherlands Sofie Nooij sits second after a three-under-par 69, with Angela Revuleta a shot further back following her round of 70 (-2).
Also still in the hunt are Italy’s Giulietta Bertero and Czech Anna Ludvova, both on seven-under-par.
In the boy’s competition, Scotland’s Aidan Lawson shot the lowest round of the week, an incredible nine-under-par 63, which included ten birdies. His score helping Scotland into third place in the team standings
Lawson goes into the final round on 13 under, three shots clear of France’s Tom DeHerrypon who carded a seven-under-par 65, as did his fellow countryman Calixte Alzas, who is two shots further back. France sit in second in the team leaderboard.
All to play for on the final day, with temperatures rising again, the low scoring looks set to continue.
