The 18-hole golf course of Welten Golf Club is situated 23 km south from
Bratislava, capital of Slovakia. The golf resort was completely finished in 2008
in the lowland area of Danube river with its specific landscape and scenery.
The golf course offers high standard of services, 18 hole championship course
/par 72, length 6200 m/ is lying on both sides of state road connected through
tunnel.

With about 90 incorporated bunkers and typical windy weather course offers
very interesting challenge for all categories of golfers regardless of playing
handicap. The golf facility offers high standart practice area with 3-hole
academy, very proper for golf beginners. 300 m driving range with makes your
training very attractive.Thanks to its location with a mild climate and a high
number of sunny days, the course has the longest playing season in Slovakia.
The historical park and manor house, with its origin dated back to the 15th
century, stands in the heart of the golf resort. Surrounded by woods, it served
as the hunting residence of the aristocratic Apponyi family. In the 1990´s the
manor house and its surrounding grounds were returned to the heirs of historical
proprietors. After extensive reconstruction works it now serves as clubhouse,
small hotel and restaurant.
