41 of the EGA’s 50 member countries are set to be represented in at least one of the 2025 European Team Championships.
After the closing of entries on 28 April, 223 teams from 41 different countries, representing close to 1200 players, are registered to the EGA’s 2025 team events.
In the coming months, the EGA will coordinate 11 team events with 14 different trophies on offer in various age categories alongside its member federations.
In addition, the European Young Masters, primarily an individual event for U16's but which also featured a team classification, will see the most countries represented with 32 set to compete at RCF La Boulie in Paris for the 30th edition of the tournament.

Among the 41 different countries represented will be Kosovo, who plan to participate in an EGA Team Championship for the first time this year. Kosovo is the EGA's newest member, and is registered for the European Men's Team Shield Championship, intended for small and emerging golfing nations in Europe, in Bulgaria this August.
The European Team Championship ‘week’, which sees the Amateur, Ladies', Boys', Girls' and Division 2 events for men and boys take place simultaneously, will be held from 8 to 12 July this year. 89 teams of six, totalling 534 players, are set to compete for their countries simultaneously at five different venues across Europe.
Entries for the first EGA event of the summer season, The European Mid-Amateur Championships, also closed on Monday 28 April. A full field of players will compete for the European 25+ amateur crowns at Quinta do Peru in Portugal during the first week of June after the event was oversubscribed.
